Dortmund beat PSG 2-0 on aggregate to book their place at Wembley
The German side will face Real Madrid in the final on May 28
Borussia Dortmund have reached the final of the UEFA Champions League after beating Paris Saint-Germain 2-0 on aggregate in the semi-finals.
The German side won the first leg 2-1 in Paris and defended their lead well in the second leg at home, with neither side able to find a breakthrough.
Dortmund will now face Real Madrid in the final at Wembley Stadium in London on May 28.
