Tony Awards 2024: Nominations Announced
Hells Kitchen and Stereophonic Lead the Way
The American Theatre Wing has announced the nominations for the 77th Annual Antoinette Perry Tony Awards. WEB Hells Kitchen, a musical inspired by Alicia Keys' teenage years in New York City, and Stereophonic, the tale of a rock band on the verge of a major breakthrough, lead the way with 10 nominations each.
Other notable nominees include A Strange Loop, which received eight nominations, and Kimberly Akimbo, which received seven. The full list of nominees can be found below.
Stars from Stage, Screen, and Sports Set to Present
The 77th Tony Awards will be presented live on CBS on Sunday, June 16. The ceremony will feature performances by the nominees, as well as special appearances by stars from stage, screen, and sports.
